Purpose of processing

The personal data you voluntarily provide will be processed to fulfill your requests, respond to your questions, through the completion of the contact form. Furthermore, the processing of data is carried out for commercial and marketing purposes, also through the use of your email addresses or other contact details you have provided.

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, ...) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Cookies are fragments of text sent by the software that manages the site to the user's/visitor's personal computer. Personal data and related processing will not be disclosed to third parties. The data will not be disseminated.

The data may circulate within the Data Controller's company to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and in any case in compliance with the security measures necessary to avoid loss or leakage of data.

Rights of the data subject

At any time, the data subject may exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 and following of European Regulation no. 679/2016 and specifically: the right to know whether their personal data is being processed and therefore to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, deletion, limitation, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking, as well as the right to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

The consent given to the processing may be revoked at any time, resulting in the interruption of the processing.
